Shipping policy
1. Shipment
Once an order is processed, most packages are dispatched within 1–5 business days. Please allow additional time for orders placed during weekends or Japanese public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and shipping details.
All shipments are sent via express carriers such as FedEx or DHL.
2. Shipping Cost
Free shipping on orders of $100 USD or more worldwide ($200 USD or more for Middle Eastern countries).

- Zone 2 (America, Canada, Oceania) : $20.00
- Zone 3 (Europe) : $25.00

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The shipping fee displayed at checkout applies only to orders placed through our website.
Shipping methods may be adjusted for large or heavy orders if necessary.
3. Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package cannot be delivered due to issues such as an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, the carrier may return the parcel to us.
ITO BINDERY is not responsible for parcels that could not be delivered due to customer-related issues, including incorrect shipping information or failure to receive the package.
Returned packages can be reshipped upon request, but the reshipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, and related fees, as well as providing any documents required by customs authorities in their country.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to us, we will refund the order amount after deducting the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
In some cases, express shipments cannot be returned because the return shipping cost may exceed the value of the order. In such cases, the package may be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
