Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective

The wrong item, color, or size was sent due to our fulfillment error
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@ito-bindery.co.jp, including your name, order number, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Returns must be approved by our customer service team in advance, and items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay these charges, a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
If a shipment is abandoned or destroyed by customs or the carrier, we may not be able to issue a refund.
